Refund & Shipping policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time to ensure the safety and integrity of our handcrafted, natural items.
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue to tamaliaromaoil@yahoo.com
If your item qualifies, we’ll gladly send you a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. In some cases, a refund may be issued instead—processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All orders are processed within 2–4 days You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, quantity of items and selected shipping method. Typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing which is typically 1-2 days.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to high volumes, carrier issues, or customs. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped, but we’ll do our best to assist if issues arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly if this occurs.
